Funding local charities since 1946
This annual grant opportunity is funded through the collective donations and vision of the MPCF Winners Circle Society members. One grant is allocated each year. Inspired by Monmouth Park Charity Fund’s 75 year legacy of raising and distributing critically need funds to local charities, the Winners Circle Society are individuals dedicated to the health and well-being of our community, and to the mission of Monmouth Park Charity Fund. Members, through the collective power of combined donations, influence creative and transformational funding pathways to meet the changing needs of Monmouth County Residents. Together we transform lives.
Members make an annual donation of $500 or more designated to the Winners Circle Society. Donations raised through this Society are be split into two revenue streams. Half of the funds raised will go to MPCF sustaining funds and the other half is placed into the WCS Transformational Grant Fund. Members are invited to participate in determining how the grant funds are distributed. Monmouth Park Charity Fund‘s Winners Circle Society members distributed a $18,725 grant to Mercy Center to launch their new VITA program. Providing free tax preparation, “…this program will help thousands of working poor individuals and families get back hundreds of thousands of dollars that will help them in their day-to-day lives and allow them to get their car repaired, buy more food, help pay their rent, cover medical bills, etc.”
On September 20, Monmouth Park Charity Fund, Winners Circle Society officially awarded their annual transformational grant. The amount of $21,500 was awarded to Riding High Farm, Handicapped High Riders Club, during the Awards Reception at the Monmouth Park Charity Golf Invitational, held at Suneagles Golf Course, in Eatontown, NJ. Riding High Farm incorporated as Handicapped High Riders Club, Inc., is a 10.5 acre farm, indoor riding facility and stable.
Winners Circle Society Grant to Fund ARC Sensory Room Monmouth Park Charity Fund’s Winners Circle Society members were thrilled to distribute their inaugural grant to The Arc of Monmouth.
