Applying for a Grant

Our flagship open-application grant program, distributing funds annually to 501(c)(3) nonprofits serving the health, safety, and well-being of Monmouth County residents since 1947.

ELIGIBILITY

Who can apply

Your organization must:

  • Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit for at least 3 years
  • Serve Monmouth County residents
  • Provide health, at-risk, or special services
  • Submit a request by May 1st to receive an application

Good to know

  • Prior year grantees automatically receive an application
  • New applicants receive a site visit July–August
  • A representative must attend the November Tea to receive the award
  • Grant amounts are not disclosed until the Tea

HOW TO APPLY

Request your application

Send an email request by May 1st
Email admin@mpcharityfund.org requesting a grant application. Include your agency name and mission statement.

Include your contact information
Provide full contact details for your organization's primary grant contact.

Confirm your 501(c)(3) status
Confirm your organization has held 501(c)(3) status for at least 3 years.

State your Monmouth County service percentage
Include the percentage of services delivered to Monmouth County residents.
